What is Workflow Management in ADITO?​

Workflow Management is a part automation of a multi task process with regulated and organized tasks that gradually dispatch the business processes. Every element in a Workflow is a certain task. By splitting the process every user involved will get their own task and only have to complete their steps to keep the flow of the Workflow and not knowing the whole business process. Workflows support the user with completing the business process in the system by gradually dispatch the part automation of a multi task process. Before a Workflow is designed there has to be a concept or idea behind this thought to illustrate a business process. An user or a group will be guided by the Workflow. Mandatory fields will help the user to fill the gaps and to keep a high data consistency.

If a Workflow is active in the system, its called Workflow-Instance.
