Usage with the ADITO Client

Incoming call with active server sided CTI​

The CTI server sends to ADITO server a message "User with phone number 123456 is called", so that e.g. notifications etc. can be executed in ADITO. The CTI server sends the call to the softphone so that it can be answered there.

Outgoing call with NOT active server side CTI connection​

ADITO starts a call via the browser, the browser then goes to the settings stored in Windows (e.g. the softphone).

Outgoing call with active server-side CTI connection​

ADITO sends to CTI server a message "User with phone number 123456 is calling someone" → CTI server forwards the call to Softphone, so that it can be conducted there.
