Telephony Integration (AID018)

CTI (Computer Telephony Interface) is the module ADITO uses to communicate with different provider. ADITO uses a CTI test tool to engage with the working module. The test tool is an interface to the module.

ADITO can use server- as well as client-sided CTI. Client-sided CTI is used for the legacy client and needs to be configured in the client of the user. Server-sided CTI uses the configuration on the server. Please note: They both use the same implementation!
