Microsoft Teams (AID115)

This document describes the use and benefits of integrating Microsoft Teams (MST) with ADITO. ADITO is the central point for storing all customer-relevant data and information. Using the MST integration, ADITO enables communication between users via MST to transfer information. Relevant content/information is discussed in chats. Eventually, this information can be lost because this important data is not stored in the ADITO system. Therefore, ADITOs MST integration provides the information and functions to transfer data from MST to ADITO and vice versa. You can add colleagues and customers to a team while clicking through the ADITO client. Documents shared during a call or session can be transferred to the defined project within the ADITO system. These are just a few examples of how to use the MST integration in ADITO. The following chapters explain how to set up this process, what each function does and what parameters are required.
