Prerequisites

In order to generate activities from emails the following conditions have to be met:

• A configured user account on your mailserver to be used by the mailbridge.

• An ADITO user account, which is configured to use the previously mentioned mail user account.

• Email addresses have to be unique within your system. Every email address must be set at one contact. If contacts share the same email address, the activity can’t be linked correctly.

• Emails need to fit within the mailservers and ADITOs file size constraints, otherwise the emails won’t be processed.
